These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all coaching services (“Services”) provided by Valdemar (“Coach”, “I”, “Me”).
By purchasing or using any Service, you (“Client”, “You”) agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Services
I provide professional Age of Empires IV coaching, including:
- Standard Coaching (Solo & Team): Personalized sessions focused on strategy, game theory, mechanics, live coaching, decision-making, and long-term player development.
- All Services are designed to support improvement, but individual results may vary based on effort, practice, and consistency.
2. Pricing & Payment
Current pricing excluding VAT:
- Standard Coaching: 300DKK / €40 per hour
- 3-Session Pack: €108 total (€36 per session) — save 10%
- 5-Session Pack: €170 total (€34 per session) — save 15%
Payment method: Stripe (VAT excluded).
All payments must be completed before the session begins.
Coaching only starts once payment has been confirmed.
3. Session Package Validity
Session packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
After 12 months, any unused sessions automatically expire.
Expired sessions are not refundable.
4. Scheduling & Rescheduling
4.1 Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled via Calendly
4.2 Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is allowed only if requested more than 24 hours before the session.
- Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be accepted.
- Late rescheduling is considered a forfeited session and is non-refundable.
5. Late Arrival Policy
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
- If the Client joins within this window, the session continues for the remaining time.
- Extra time will not be added.
- If the Client has not joined after 15 minutes, it is considered a no-show, and the session is non-refundable.
6. No-Show Policy
A “no-show” occurs when the Client fails to attend the session without requesting a valid reschedule 24+ hours in advance.
- No-shows are strictly non-refundable.
- No rescheduling is offered for no-shows.
7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise explicitly stated:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds are provided once a purchase is completed.
8. Client Responsibilities
By booking coaching, the Client agrees to:
- Arrive on time and prepared
- Maintain a stable internet and audio setup
- Communicate respectfully
- Apply coaching guidance responsibly
- Be honest about goals, skill level, and expectations
Disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
9. Coach Responsibilities
I agree to:
- Provide professional, personalized coaching
- Offer honest, constructive feedback
- Respect Client confidentiality
- Communicate clearly regarding scheduling and expectations
- Deliver high-quality guidance based on my expertise
10. Results Disclaimer
I do not guarantee:
- Rank improvements
- Tournament results
- Competitive outcomes
Progress depends on the Client’s practice, mindset, and consistency.
11. Intellectual Property
Any training materials, strategies, notes, or resources provided during coaching are for personal use only.
You may not:
- Redistribute
- Publish
- Share publicly
- Resell
…any coaching materials without permission.
Recording Policy:
- You may record your coaching session, but you must notify me in advance.
- Recordings are for private use only.
- You may not livestream or broadcast the session.
Friends are not permitted to join unless it is explicitly a team session.
12. Privacy
All personal information and gameplay data shared during coaching are kept confidential and used solely to deliver the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark & EU.
